51勛圖 Me

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a supervision designation in Ohio. I serve the University of Mary as an Assistant Professor in the MSW program. I love that the University of Mary is committed to love of God and love of neighbor. As a social worker, I have been blessed with many opportunities to encounter amazing people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. I love the teaching and learning process and am grateful that I have the opportunity to work with our amazing faculty and students.

Why Im At Mary

I am at Mary because I believe in the mission of the university, which is rooted in the Benedictine tradition. I especially love the focus on prayer, service, and community. Serving as an MSW faculty member affords me the opportunity to share my practice experience with our students and prepare them to serve others at an advanced practice level.

Expertise

I have spent the past 20 years working with Children, youth, adults, couples, families, groups, and organizations in a variety of practice settings. Currently, I serve as a clinical social worker for a faith-based private practice in Ohio. Prior joining the University of Mary faculty, I served 8 years as a faculty member of Sinclair Community College and Franciscan University.
